    YouTube has an editor with clips and things you could use.

    Many others just “borrow” from other videos or shoot their own.

    I managed to get the results I was looking for with Adobe After Effects (Search youtube for ‘Adobe After Effects Audio Spectrum’) . Anyway I’m using the trial version atm which is it for a 30-day , sadly the license cost £17 a month for this app which is too much for my budget atm , also i’ll be using it like 2 ~ 3 times a month, so just looking now for a cheaper way to get this done.

    Perhaps buy an older version of After Effects (if it has this capability).. older versions didn’t have a subscription model, as far as I know.
