    Hi Jim,

    You’ll have to provide us with some extra info. Like specs of your laptop/PC, what controller/soundcard you are using. When it seems to crash and if it’s reproducible (i.e. a certain action always triggers the freeze). Stuff like that.

    I have a dell inspiron 3520mitmis a I3 core. 4 gigs of ram….I’m using a novation twitch with the soundcard within and its doing different stuff when it happens.

    Switched off all useless stuff like backups, online presence, antivirus? Got the most recent drivers and software version?

    Might consider turning your laptop into a dual-boot system and make the second clean install DJ only.

    Just some general pointers.

    Does the software continue sometime after the freeze, or do you need to restart it.

    Try running CCleaner registry & disk cleaner and wise disk & registry cleaners
