I’m not quite sure I understand what you are asking to do, but, if I’m guessing correctly then yes, Virtual’s automix feature should be able to do that. The automix editor allows you to set up the transitions between tracks in a variety of ways. I’ve never really played around in it – but it should do what you’re asking.

I believe you can access the editor in the free Home version, so download it and try it out.

Yeah, not quite clear what you are trying to accomplish.

Seems you like the auto-fade to start when the playing track is still on full volume and fade into the new track, also on full volume. This would mean the software needs to allow for an auto-fade to start on a mix-out cue point rather than a set time from the end and a mix-in cue that could be 8 or 16 beats into the new track, especially if it has a long intro.

Algoriddim Djay Pro can do what you want. You have to go into settings for automix and select transitions. In transitions you have a few options. Auto-sync BPM is one of them. You can also set the seconds length of the transition. Keep in mind when you set up your playlist try to keep the BPM of the songs 2-3 BPM within each other for best results.

If you use the fade-in and fade-out markers in Traktor, you should also be able to accomplish the same result. Set your markers on your tracks, create your playlist, enable the fade-in/fade-out in your settings, and you should be good to go. Just be sure your up-faders on all of the decks in Traktor are up, and your cross fader is in the middle. Traktor should do the rest.
