Hmm the pilot (non spoiler review):
The series has some promising themes, being set in a time before season 1 of the original and the walkers are there but nobody knows yet that they are zombies and what to make of the whole thing, so peoples lives are pretty normal.
So the basic setting is very cool, experience the zombie apocalypse.
However I hope there are additions to the cast that make this worthwhile. The actors are very stiff and lack charisma. Also there is a lot of meaningless family drama for drama sake (has nothing to do with zombies, just normal drama) so it felt like a crossover of walking dead and late series Dallas with loads of drug addicts and bad soap opera actors.
If episode 2 keeps this up, I am not going to watch it anymore as only about 5 minutes of the pilot were actually entertaining, the rest was a boring family drama.
