    Personally I wouldn’t, but that is just me. I already need my glasses to see what’s going on. It does also depend a littleon your DJ software, one has more going on on-screen than the other I think.

    Technically I don’t see any problems. Both are – of course – excellent laptops for DJ-ing (or any music related activity).

    I use a 13″ rMBP for DJing and I find it nice and handy to carry around to gigs. At work in my day job I often have to service 15″ Macbooks and I find them a bit too big to have to carry to a gig. What you can do if you go for the 13″ rMBP is change the resolution so you get more real estate in Serato.
