    Actually what makes the whole thing worse is, that usually the conversion back to WAV is more messy than actually playing the mp3…

    Well that’s my whole point really. If the source file is MP3 and compressed I’ll play that. I don’t want to play the same thing artificially bloated to .wav file size. Charging me extra is just taking the p***
