Hi Nicolas,
Sorry to hear about your trouble. Haven’t had my hands on the Wego3 yet, so can’t say much about it. Although it says it’s compatible with Serato, I am not quite sure if that means it’s Serato certified. The new Numark media players (500s) are Serato compatible too, but you still need a Serato compatible unit (mixer/soundcard) to make it work. All the compatibility means is that there is a mapping for it and it gets recognized by serato. You can not however use the built-in soundcards of the Numarks for example. Guess you need to check that out.
Obviously drivers not installing is always an issue and most definitely a source for concern.
Sometimes the order in which you connect and startup things makes a difference. So try a) hooking the controller up without DJay running and b) with DJay running. See if that makes any difference.
If you are anywhere near a shop that sells these units, just take your iTouch and head over there and ask them if you can hook one up. It will help you exclude it being a hardware problem or confirm one.
Finally I don’t know if there are any firmware settings that can be made? Like the DDJ-SX has a Serato and a non-Serato mode that you set by holding a couple of buttons on the controller. Don’t think the WeGo has that, but you have to cover all the bases trying to locate why something doesn’t work properly.
