DJ2 is good but a few people say the buttons are unreliable. Jockey 3 is excellent. Not reviewed the CTRL-SIX yet, hoping to get one to review soon. Best value is Mixtrack Pro, it’s not really “pro” but lots of pros have one and love it! If you want a compact, pro unit, the Vestax VCI-100 Mk II is great but expensive.

Ive owned the reloop digital jockey 2. I must say it was a great controller to get me started although the cue/cup/play buttons can be unreliable, it would mess you up in a live situation. The soundcard was good though and the faders and pots are excellent. I especially like the killswitch on the EQ’s.

I havent played with the control six, so no comment on that but I will say gemini are a budget brand. I have not heard great things about their turntables or speakers.

Do you run a DVS setup or purely controller? If youre on DVS and do not need an EQ, get a Kontrol X1.

Purely controller.Yea Now I have narrowed it down to the Gemini ctrl six and numark mixtrak pro now;Not a big fan of virtual dj that comes with mixtrack, but i beleive you can use other software? When I play live, i use Serato scratch live

I’m actually interested to see what the Gemini CTRL-47 will be like.
