    Just mention one of those consumer rights organisations and it’ll be magically fixed within a week 😛

    I think I’ll do a bit of research and defo call Trading Standards.

    It’s such a shame, as Pioneer make some great gear and are a well regarded brand. Sadly their customer support falls well short!

    They have wonderful customer support! If you spent over 5K on a club set and bought their 24/7 care pack 😀

    But you are just a lowly, consumer, controller buyer who shopped the internet for weeks to find the lowest price. 😛

    Get the consumer rights party involved, they sue them till the end of time if they do not compensate you.
    Had a similar deal with another brand I will not mention, but at the end of it I got the full price I payed back and some.
