    I’d get some cleaner for electronics. Stuff you would use to clean TVs, DVD players, etc.

    That and some compressed air to blow the dust out of the crevices.

    Clean it like you would clean your laptop.

    You can buy dust covers off eBay. They’re not cheap but they do the job and they look good if you tell people it was dustcovered when you sell it.

    Microfiber cloth (the ones used for cleaning glasses) to brush it off.

    If you are not playing and do not want to buy anything: towel over the controller and it will not collect dust.
