    Keep the beer away from your brand-new controller! Rule #1: liquids and DJ gear don’t mix (synced, harmonic, energetic or otherwise) well.

    I’m not a huge drinker anyway, and I sure as heck don’t intend to drink while playing… I don’t need to add more complexity to the task.

    So, I am really happy with my purchase. I have tweaked the mappings a little to match the workflow I had already started to develop with keyboard and mouse, but this is great – it is definitely less fiddly than mouse and keyboard, so this will leave me some room to start trying to experiment with other things that I didn’t have bandwidth to play with before.

    heh. Yeah, I know… that was a “Wayne’s World” gag, but you most certainly know a lot more than me, PLUS in another thread you referred to me as “Grasshopper,” a reference to the “Kung Fu” TV series, which must make you the Master, right? 😉

    And very astute, Deathy, about the grasshopper reference. Not quite correct, it’s a term I will use for any rookie (only occasionally) even if I consider myself a grashopper as well 😀

    So if I fly to Amsterdam next month we could actually make a small get together? (I just hijacked your thread,… sorry)
    I mean someone would have to pick me up, but I guess I would be there for a weekend…. still have some bonus miles I need to get rid off quickly before they expire…
