    Simple: You have to purchase the rights to the song(s) from the content owner or the content trust that the owner belongs to, or the content licensing association of your country.
    It can be a lengthy task, but sometimes you get away with a cheap fee of around 10,000 to 20,000 bucks plus royalties per song sold.

    USD and that is quite a bargain. If you want to remix real club hits and bangers you are easily within the hundred thousands…
