In theory I think you can but you might need to load a new mapping on the Z2 to get the buttons to do the stuff you would use your decks for.
Also you would be sync button mixing, no pitch fader on the Z2.

No transport controls on the Z2. So no way to start tracks/stop and such. But you can use your software without ANY hardware attached for importing tunes, even setting beatgrids and such (although I personally prefer having a jogwheel for the latter, but that’s just personal taste).

So, install the software, import your collection and start exploring.

Yeah like I said I got the Z2 and wanted to get going with it but can’t get my decks out of storage until the weekend so gonna install it and import all my songs ready to go.
