I haven’t heard them, but did a quick look at their website. At those prices, I have my doubts. In speakerland there is one universal truth and that is that you get what you pay for. After many, many, many years of speaker development, nobody has come up with a speaker half the price of another that sounded just as good.
To give you an idea, my full range speakers (12″ bi-amp 400/100W Mackie) cost approximately 1.000 USD EACH. The equivalent from Seismic Audio is between 350 and 450 USD per PAIR! You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out that it can not be the same sound of build quality as the Mackies and probably doesn’t come close.
The only prudent advice I can give is, do online research within your budget. Select the three that look most promising. Then find a place where you can listen to all three with your own favorite music. Listen to a more expensive speaker too. Then either buy the ones you like best in your price range or (my advice) keep renting til you’ve saved up enough to get a high(er) end pair of speakers.
