    The audio 6 is only compatible with iOS 7.1.1 with Firmware 47 installed on the sound card. Make sure you have installed the latest firmware upgrade for the Audio 6.
    Go to native instruments website, login there and check at “my downloads” if you can download the new firmware and follow the firmware installation guidelines to the point. If you do the firmware installation wrong this might damage your sound card!

    For further reference check the firmware installation guide on the native instruments website.

    Thanks I’ve downloaded it already when it first came out, I will def check again. Soundcard is fine as runs on laptop perfectly,

    Hmm with this error I am afraid you will need to call Native Instruments Service and Support for help.
