I live by the notion that you’re only in trouble when you get a “cease and desist” email or letter.

It’s like a hockey game, anything is allowed as long as the referree doesn’t catch you 🙂

But in essence it’s usually not legal. You see, you don’t actually buy a track, for you to do with as you please. All you buy is the right to play it for yourself.

Again, as long as nobody complains …
