Indeed, a bit more specific as to what would connect to what how and why.
On a general note: you can effectively daisy-chain whatever you want. The stereo output from x-channel mixer A going into a stereo-channel input on x-channel mixer B. The stereo output of B into … etx. Digital or analogue mixer makes no difference. The input/output bits are analogue anyway.
The only thing to look for is to keep your eye on the 0dB rule. Make sure that what comes out of the first output is an average 0dB and that the gain on the input is also set for 0dB. From that point on as far as mixer B is concerned, it’s just another line signal.
