    I never ever use auto gain as nothing really works in any software… use your ears and have level meters works for me best.

    I have to say I think that Platinum notes does a pretty decent job at gain levelling. It certainly seems to be more balanced than other software and/or DJ software for that matter. I don’t use the autogain feature of my DJ software. I will always do a manual check. Always. Even if I know the track has gone through Platinum Notes.
