    Ha, yeah that quickstart guide is as close to worthless as you can get! What software are you using? It sounds like you’ve got what should be the monitor output routed to the master output

    Thanks, Frosh. I’m using Virtual DJ LE. It would have been good if there was a user manual for the controller. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got the headphones in the headphones output of the controller and the speakers in the booth output. Pressing the cue button abover the fader doesn’t appear to make any difference.

    Try putting the speakers in the master output, and make sure “Headphones” is selected in VDJ’s sound configuration menu instead of “Single Out” (I haven’t used VDJ in awhile so those may not be how the names are exactly in the config. menu but they are something close to those)
