Traktor Pro 2 is fine, but both packages you mention will serve you well. Grab our free guide if you need to know more. http://djtips.co/free

This is a viable option if you do not have all the cash up front at the moment. I believe the mixtrack goes for around 150 bucks…and with the release of the new Traktor packages you will be able to pick up a Traktor Audio 2 for around 119 and that will come with a full version of Traktor pro 2 software.

The only problem this creates is that you will now be using 2 USB ports on your laptop. 1 for the Mixtrack and another one for the Traktor Audio 2.

IMO with the new way Traktor is doing its thing is better to buy the Mixtrack not the PRO and a Traktor Audio 2 card and you get a full version of Traktor which is around 90 bucks with the new pricing if i am correct.

So really Mixtrack pro- around 300 + 90 for Traktor

    OR

    Mixtrack – 150
    Traktor audio 2 -119

Still cheaper than buying the Mixtrack pro.

This will be effective as of May 30th I believe

The Only Difference between the Mixtrack and the Mixtrack pro is that the Pro has a built in Soundcard

I Started off on the Mixtrack and loved it alot but i outgrew it very quickly…the good thing is that the resale value on these does not really drop so at most you will lose 50 bucks off what the retail price is.

    Well that was my case

Well thanks for idea but in my country dj-ing isnt very popular so if I buy new Mixtrack i would have to sell it fo 1/2 of original price and that why when i buy my controller i will use it until he cant work anymore. And the mixtrack is about 197 euros + 100 euros for NI Audio 2 =297 euros and the and Just mixtrack pro without headphones is 215 eours. And I HAVE ORIGINAL TRAKTOR PRO 2 so if I buy Audio 2 i will only buy it for soundcard not the program.

    But thanks for idea
