Zomo HD-1200s, just got them and love em. They beat my old Sennheisers that costed double or triple that and they are not only good, punchy and responding, they also look nice around your neck.

They are waiting on FCC clearing so they’re not released yet (so obviously I can’t give you a personal review) but I’ll most likely be getting the Behringer HPX6000s whenever they come out.

    Here’s the DDT review http://www.digitaldjtips.com/2012/03/review-behringer-hpx6000-dj-headphones/

First of all, ATOM, in my opinion all the headphones you pointed out are no good. I had the American Audio HP550 and they broke after a week, I had to trade them for a higher model the HP700 which now, after 3 months, broke. I had a pair of Sennheiser once, they lasted me A DAY, and not with DJing just random iPod listening, and well Marathon? Not even worth mentioning.

If you’re going for that price tag, you have a couple of options:
    1. Do as Frosh and wait for the Behringer HPX6000s to come out.
    2. Save $29 and get either the XD40s, the Numark RedWave or the Pioneer HDJ500.
    3. At that price range, the only one even worth mentioning are the Aerial7 Tanks IMO.

Please don’t generalise so much. For instance, Sennheiser make some of the best headphones in the world. Try not to resent what you think as “truth”, and do allow others give their opinions in a friendly manner, without being pounced on as “wrong”.

Yeah I guess it came out real harsh, although that isn’t how I wanted it to sound. I meant it in a friendly way. They might Phil but after buying their product and lasting a day, I can’t say anything good about them. Except for the HD25s.

But the HD25 are at a whole other price level so in this thread they really have no point. I was talking about the cheap sennheiser HD series mostly.

I was on the same stage for over a month with the same budget

and if I put these links is because i use these headphones
american audio headphones 550 hp are not the best but still are running the marathon too

in the case of the Sennheiser HD 205 is the best in audio quality but also the most uncomfortable

    the post is very clear

Range Of 70 $ Or Less

the HD205 I can’t trust because the first sennheiser I bought lasted a day.
The American Audio HP5550-700 are good in sound quality but they won’t last you.
The Marathon I have never used.

If you cant save $29 to get some quality headphones I find it really hard to believe, but it happens to some, so if you can’t my only reccomendation is getting the Aerial7 Tank or the new behringer headphones.

No, I think they are the same in looks, but quality, I doubt it. Also the Pioneer HDJ1000 look the same, but are more expensive.

Thanks for the help guys, I think I might just wait and get the new Behringer headphones.
