Man, my unit (mc6000) is a piece of garbage…

First of, be sure to have the software set to external mixer!
Then see to it that you have upgraded your MC6000 AND software (Traktor?) to the latest version.
On Denondj.com there is a .TSI file. Be sure to use it.

If problem still exist! Clame warranty.

The MC6000 is the best damn controller on the market and very far from crap, but you might anyhow have had very bad luck and got a bad unit. If that is the case you have the warranty and you should get it fixed.
