Is there a balance knob on Native Instruments S2?
Is there a balance control in your Traktor software?
If so are they on 50% pointing right up?

If not try swapping speakers from lef to right and then you will know if it is the speaker/cable to the speaker
    or the S2/T2.

Come back if problem is still there.

There is a balance knob, and i did swap them, and it still seems like the right channel is alot louder!

So it is the right channel even if you swap speaker AND cable?

And the balance knob on hardware and software is on 50%.

Then you might have a defect soundcard in your S2
IMO you should claim warranty if possible and turn it in to where you bought it!

Do you think I could just be that one song is simply louder?

I do not know bcause I do not buy music from iTunes even if I am a big fan of Apple.
The soundquality in iTunes is IMO verty bad!
A friend of mine even got his money back when he claimed bad sound on tracks he had bought.
We both use Denon MC6000 wich usualy has pro quality hifi sound 🙂
