I always find “herbal” remedies help a great deal.

    hahahaha!
Yah “herbal” remedies tend to work a treat but is that what about if you lack the necessary materials for such a remedy? Also tend not to indulge during semester….

that’s adrenaline my friend. it can be a massive inconvinence after a gig. me i ususally wind down with some chillwave music, a nice mixed drink and a good drawing session. but that’s just me.

it happened again! I think the main problem is I’m trying not to drink when I play my sets because I find that I’m much more able to watch the crowd and adapt to their liking that way, but without the booze to chill me out after gigs I’m stuck awake all full of adrenaline watching re-runs of Top Gear (great show btw). I’m stoked that I get so stoked from playing because that feeling is the reason we all do this but I need an off switch for when it’s bed time!

I’m on again this week and I’m going to pull out all the stops post-gig: Camomile tea, Melatonin, chilled piano, bath, maybe even an adoring female fan if I’m lucky 😀 Wish me luck and I’ll let you know how it goes!

Take a girl home and turn into beast mode. If that wont happen you can always jack off to some internet porn.

I think it’s important to know musical keys and not worry too much about beatmatching – in this kind of set, track order is far more important as people are often foot tapping, not dancing.

Chilling out with some retro video games, some trip-hop and a pizza.
