    Have you got C&D set properly in the config? Go to decks layout and set C&D to “full”. Your hot cues will appear.

    Thanks for the reply. If I’ve got C&D set to anything but “small,” the FX layout disappears behind A&B (I’ve got A&B on “Essential”) so that’s why I’d like to find a way to get the C&D cues as keyboard shortcuts so I don’t need to have their layout fully open and blocking the FX.

    Well, you can map them yourself to whatever keys you want. It’s an issue with Traktor though – personally I don’t feel it uses the screen real estate particularly efficiently.

    Sorry to jump on this tag but how do I record in Traktor Pro 2 when I have both outs master and monitor and there are no selections for record output what am I doing wrong I cant figure out how to record in Traktor.But man do I love it!

    I finally got to mapping the keyboard this morning and the mapping process is much easier than I thought (I’m now even looking forward to trying it with my controller)! Everything’s working great now.

    Toby_C, are you using an external recording device? Otherwise your outputs don’t matter (as long as they’re both just to external speakers/headphones). Just go to Preferences–>Mix Recording in Traktor, make sure it’s set to Internal, and designate what file directory you’d like the recording to be saved in. You’re all set to go after that. Just bring up the recorder (it’s hidden under FX 2 for me), hit record, and adjust the recorder gain as necessary.

    hey frosh, would you mind sharing the mapping? :p im having toruble mapping traktor’s 4 decks myself or at least a word of advice ^^ hehe
