    Yes, the majority of them do, or at least have a setting that enables them to do so. For the most part though, it’s the same function as the pitch bend.

    It is a question that is a bit hard to answer shortly.

    There are several different types of joggs (touch sensitive, pressure sensitive and spinning platter)
    And several ways of how they act, usualy you can chose with a button or preset how you want them to act.
    Also when used in MIDI you can MIDI map the joggs to whatever you want for example you can map them to efects or to scroll in your music librory……
