    Connect your speakers to the Master Output on the back of your BCD3000 and plug in your headphone on the front. If you play a track in deck A, turn the fader for deck B down and press the Cue B button. Turn up the pones volume and turn the phones mix al the way to the left. Now play deck B and there you go.

    you need to ensure the correct drivers are installed for the BCD, and that you have the audio routing right in the software too – refer to the instructions for your unit/software for how to do this.
