    sadly a pc at the moment with windows vista but i will be putting windows 7 on after the weekend

    i ve changed my operating system to windows 7 which has made a difference

    i ve also found this vid to help with pc settings

    A good choice as the Vista would be why your system is not so stabile I think.
    I do not think that you gain any more stability by changing from LE to T2 Duo.
    And I sugest that you wait and then get the T2 Pro instead because IMO it is more worth the money to get full efx and all the goodies that is in the pro version and you will get full value out of your Denon gear when you are ready for it.
