and i have also read that the jog wheels on Traktor s2 can’t be spun they stop when you take your hands off of them , is that true ?

S2 is good but the jogs are as you describe, Ergo is fun to use but overpriced, MC3000 is well built and professional. Both the Ergo and the MC3000 need the software upgrading to Pro for full use. N4 is good value, semi-pro. Ditto with the software.
