    Try limiting your selection (all tracks from this month, all tracks that start with “A”, all vocals, all below 120 bpm etc) as restricting your choice can force you to get more creative.

    Good music does it for me. especially good new music, the kind that raises the hair on your forearm. if that doesn’t do it for you then idk. what inspires you personally? music, money, girls, popularity, fame, material things, a combination of all? whatever it is, just use that to motivate you and push you.

    try checking out some Podcasts mixes from your favorite artists/djs.

    Yea definitely limiting your selection will help… or have specific goals, a recent mix I did I went from 70bpm stuff to 110bpm and back and another was only vocal dubstep getting heavier as it went along…

    For me, I want to get into the scene around here, so I *have* to be making mixes and promoting myself…
