i have my gear decked out in skins by styleflip. i just just makes my gear a little more personal and shows of my individual style.even if i have the same gear as someone else,i cant have it look like theirs! lol

I leave my equipment as it is and find it childish and ugly to pimp the equipment.
Sorry but that is my true point of view in this matter.

Also I buy new stuff regulary as it comes and to sell equipment that I have painted my DJ name would not bring me as much money on the second market as if it is in the same condition it was when I bought it.

Instead I concentrate on whats important IMO, the music and soundquality.

For me I think there is a difference between getting the styleflip kind of rework and the Ean Golden performance enhancements parts like the arcade buttons and knobs etc I think I land on the latter side, but that’s my personal choice, each to their own 🙂

Lovin’ the skins on Icemans kit, i agree, it kinda says “I’m here, its my kit” when he rocks up to a gig with his personalised gear..

This is my VCI-100 I began modding recently.. gonna finish it soon (if I don’t get myself a Numark N4 which is VERY tempting atm)

you my friend are the rare exception to the rule that most djs have a bit of an ego. i could have the exact same kit as someone but still mine is better lol. so customizing just makes me stand out a little more
