    are you using an amp? is it grounded? where on the planet are you?(it matters, trust me)

    It seems to me lika a hardware issue.

    Do you have a friend who has another controller you could test swapping controller.

    Otherwise if you can, claim your warranty….
    If you are not under warranty, ask in a store if you can test an other mixtrack pro on your computer there to be sure
    then if it is as I suppose a hardware issue, try to get an offert (prise) of what it would cost to repair the unit.
    Then ask yourself if it is worth repairing or if you should buy an other controller….

    That is how I would have done anyway.
