In my experience, download managers seem to default to automatically adding to iTunes. Is you use one of these sort of download managers to download from the sites you’re shopping from they might have some preferences you can adjust. Otherwise, just locate the tunes in your iTunes media folder and move them or make a copy where you want them. Or your iTunes is set to automatically add new music it finds. You should be able to adjust that in the iTunes preferences too. Hope that helps.
