    Need more information here, what did you use as your sound source ? I meant where you plugged your SL1 to get the audio from ?

    Yeah, my first response is: somehow you recorded the sound from your onboard microphone, not from a mixer output.

    If you are using an analogue mixer, make sure you get the record out outputs to go into the SL1 inputs. Then in your recording software, make sure input signal is set to the SL1 inputs.

    I’m a Mac user but i should imagine you need to switch the input device from internal mic to external source or something like that. As Chuck says it sounds like you are recording the environment (with the built in Mic)

    I could be talking complete tosh though not being a PC guy hahahaha

    Serato doesn’t have an internal recording feature?
