    Based on what you’ve tried to troubleshoot already I’d say it’s time to get on the phone with a Denon TechRep and put it before them. There might be something broke physically/electronically in the MC3000.

    Thanks for the reply DJ Vantage.

     

    I wanted to contact them but the only way I can is online as I am in the Philippines. I think they ran out of ideas too as they stopped replying back.

     

    I still have to test it with another laptop or pc but I really doubt that it is the laptop as it is working fine with other USB devices and even with the MC3000’s mixer section.

    Sorry m8,

    Does sound like a problem within the unit. I would try another laptop, but I agree that it’s not the most likely source of the problem.
