At cross roads, need some input/advice

While SSL is a good software and quite easy to use, I would be a little worried as its look and feel is totally different to Traktor.

So if all your opportunities of clubs and bars have mostly SSL in house gear, I would recommend to also prepare your songs and music in SSL/Serato DJ and get used to the different things and how it is done.

If you are using DVS you are a higher end user and getting in some bad transitions just because you did not learn the software will make you look less professional, so training on the right software might be well worth the investment.
