I’m running on windows 8, so the Serato Intro that came with it does nothing for me. my roommate actually has Serato on his Macbook Pro, so I can try it with his computer later.
I just deleted all of my mappings, downloaded and re-imported the same one and now I have my play function/fx back. I do not know about cue as I do not have my headphones with me.
However, on the crossfader, when its all the way to the left you hear both decks. and when it is on the right, you only hear the right deck, as it is supposed to work..I have no idea what could cause this issue.
