    lay it on me brother… by the way, shoulda added to my initial post that I am no Paul Oakenfold, belee that…
    I’m not a top beatmatcher, I have a lot to learn. 😉 but I know a good DJ when I see one (hm, 25 years of dj culture, it’s in my DNA), and because I’m glad for this forum because it helps me, and I look for feedback from others, I like to give feedback, too, and I figured the score (+comment) is a good, consistent way to go about doing this.. it’s like.. an experiment

    I’m already a movie critic in real life, so I guess that’s how I operate, scoring shit.. 😉

    I’ve decided to score out of 20 than 10, for more flexibility.
    6 points: track selection (fresh? danceable? A good example of dance music)
    7 points: mixing ability (are records in sync, can you hear the records being beatmached–points lost–are they harmonically mixed)
    6 points: continuity. Is there a progression in the mix, where does it go, is it telling a story?
