    Itch doesn’t automatically detect key.
    You can either use third party software (Mixed in Key, Rapid Evolution), run the mp3s through VDJ, or key by ear.
    I find running a song through VDJ or Rapid Evolution messes with Itch’s beatgrids for some reason, so I recommend scanning before you analyze in Itch, or ponying up and getting Mixed in Key.

    if itch doesnt detect the key then my problem is solved. thanks so much for that.
