All of those controllers will get the job done. The mixtrack seems to be a popular choice from beginners.
Take a close look at them and calculate the price for the traktor software (about 80 bucks here) into your price if that is what you want to use. Then decide which controller has the most appealing layout for you to work with.

Alright thank you so much. It was kind of the answer I expected. I’ve found myself thinking a little too much on too many products when in reality they all “get the job done” as you said. Thank you once again for the reply Terry.

I bought the mixtrack pro when I started with a pair of nice headphones. Honestly the mistake I made was focusing to much on the controller rather than physical performance equipment like speakes, lights, stands, and travel gear. When I purchased mixtrack pro and used VDJ LE I learned the basics of all DJ software as well so by purchasing the controller you get a well built controller that has all you need plus a beginner software that helps you really learn what you need to know.

I’ve heard that you can’t really go wrong with the MixTrack Pro, that is the one i am getting at least 🙂

Yea I get what you mean Spot. I actually ended up going with the Novation Twitch which was only a little more than that Mixtrack Pro here. So far so good. And I’m getting into the more show aspect as far as lights and speakers as you said. Saving for a pair of cdjs or turntables I think too. Don’t know if thats necessary but I want them :p

Well, to be fair I’m really new to all of this stuff so for me to give good insight on products is a bit impossible. But so for from what I have seen I like it a lot. I haven’t used the twitch in any environment outside my room yet so haven’t noticed the soundcard issues many people talk about. As of right now I’m happy that the controller can do. I have tons to learn still with the controller and the software.. I really like Serato even though the fx seem pretty limited compared to traktor, but for me it’s not a big deal right now because I don’t even know how to use those small amount of fx good yet. I am super excited for the new software though, of course. Now its just practise practise practise and hopefully advance from my room to some more lucrative venues.

    Hello Chachi,
I can t recommend Reloop products, because of its bad quality (my experience). Also when you pay so much money for a product, you should be happy for years!
Did you see the Video of the new Pioneer WeGo already? The controller is almost in the same price range like the reloop, numark products, which you mentioned. But you can be more creative wit the Pioneer. Enjoy:
