Voice Samples

Those are voice actors. Yes there are effects to help you, but voice artists have very good voices and they are their most important asset. Many of those voice actors can be recognised easily.
For recording a voice artist and putting effects on him, simple garage band is enough.

I think some of the tricks is doubling the voice, same audio file copied to two tracks, a little bit start delay one one of the tracks, semi-hard panning, makes the voice bigger than real life.
