The 850 has a USB input which allows you to plug a drive directly in to so no need to burn CD’s. However, there are other CDJ’s that are just as good and give you more for your money. When I got back in to DJing I started of with a VCI-100 the got a pair of SLDZ1200, then a pair of Radius 3000’s now I’m using CDJ 900’s. For the price you’re paying for the 850 you could possilby get a pair of Radius 3000’s and the $220 turntable.
