    Tractor control S2 looks good make sure you get the full version of Tractor control software for the computer if you decide to buy.
    I would just buy separate headphones. (The shop should help you to get the right jack fittings).

    Make sure your kid cuts the grass for the next year or so.

    For a 13 year old who’s just starting out I’d look at buying a Numark Mixtrack Pro from Ebay. It’s cheap, gives him what he needs and has a high resale value, so if he wants to move onto bigger things later on you’ll have some money to purchase the next item 🙂
