reloop terminal 4 mix is the only one that ticks all the boxes, it has 8 buttons you could map to cues/samples/effects ect… there is 4 absolute knobs for effects, full eq and seperate filter. the jogs and most importantly the crossfader are scratchable. If the VCI-400 had a scratchable loose crossfader I’d say that’s the best option.

You should note that in traktor you can’t scratch on any controllers other than the S2, S4 or 4trak. And you can’t map in serato intro or itch. You can do it all in VDJ Pro… you could even run timecode to add a record deck.

There was a great review of the tm4 by phil a few weeks ago on the blog.

The VCI-400 is perfect but I don’t like the fact that there is no RCA outputs? Is there anything else almost identical to it?

you can just use a couple of 1/4 inch to rca adapters, they’re only a couple of dollars on eBay.

Ok I think I am set on the VCI-400 but I’m still looking for other controllors along the lines of it. If I wanted the same features but on a 2 channel controllor do you know of any?

If you are going towards Itch I would recommend the VCI-380, if you plan to use VDJ or Traktor you might want to go for the Terminal Mix 2.
I have the Terminal Mix 4 at the moment and it works like a charm (I use VDJ Pro with it) the jog wheels are totally fantastic and the built quality is excellent. i also used it with Traktor, however I dislike the Traktor workflow.
