    I’m not sure of the exact price but maybe something by Vestax from the VCI series.

    Just going to put it out, if the S4 is too pricey, why not the S2?
    It’s £317 (google search) here in the UK, which puts it at $500 ish, which is over your budget, but if it fits exactly what you’re after I’m sure you could make the jump?
