First of all try smart sync i think it may bring the beatgrids up…

Installing directly from Serato download shouldn’t be the issue…

check http://www.serato.com forum, you will get a quick answer there.

cool beans! i dunno how it happened but uhhh its workin now
had an amazing few hours messin around(read: practicing) last night!
