All of those controllers are really good (not sure about the quad but I’m guessing it’s more or less as good as the others), so I guess your choice depends really on whether you want to use an iPad or a laptop to run your software, and what software you’ll be using. Also, you seem to be focusing on 4 deck controllers; you sure you gonna use all 4 of those decks?

Yes will or want to use VDJpro but having 4 channels is a must …better to have then not to ….The iPad integration i think is more or less a back up or there are some great apps like Beat Pad and others that could be used ….and knowing that having the avail of the touchscreen is nice …..im still undecided , i think the main reason is that Numark can’t get this Quad out ..errrrrrrr I wish the n4 had usb and the iPad integration – It would be perfect

Well, you could still use the iPad as backup by plugging it into the inputs of the NS6/N4 (they both double up as analog mixers) and using djay with it or something like that. I’ve never used any of these controllers though so I can’t help you that much.

They are all solid units. Would you say the ipad is at that level yet though? I feel like its still got some way to go. Its really more of a “on the side” controller IMO.
