    There won’t be anything to regret as it was built on the strong foundation of Traktor Pro. I would suggest sticking to version 2.03 if you have any issues as this is the most stable release until 2.5 comes out at the end of the month.

    Ok.. cool… thanks for the info… Out of interest, does 2.5 come out as its own package or do you buy 2.0 and download the upgrade on the net… excuse my ignorance…

    You will be able to buy 2.5 but current 2.0 users get a free upgrade at the end of the month. I can’t wait!

    Are you sure that 2.5 will work with the DDJ T-1? Cos I heard the mapping file is only out for 2 and a few versions up. And I read a rumour that they may not make it compatible with the T-1.

    2.5 doesn’t actually have that many changes for the basic functions. Mixing and effects are essentially the same. Its just the addition of remix decks and improvements with BPM detection etc that are different. Its still Traktor 2…just an updated version
