I’ve always considered goa and psy to be the same thing. Apparently goa typically has a heavier/more pronounced bassline than psy but normally I can’t tell the difference.

The rest is just up to personal taste. You can’t say that something’s just bad. I imagine that the way you feel about goa is similar to how I feel about most rap music but that’s still just my personal take on it. There are many out there who feel the exact opposite that I do and consider all my favorites to be “bad.”

That’s interesting though that your work’s got a monthly goa party, I’d like to find one of those to see what it’s about.

Psy and goa… go together, but from my perspective, goa has more samples in it, and is slightly more dynamic, and you could say it’s slightly techno influenced.
