I’ve recently been interested in the whole sample thing, and so far i’ve simply been chopping up accapellas with Audacity and dropping the samples over the mix live. However, I feel this is a bit limited
Also, I’ve heard about a program called Hit n’ Mix, which takes a mixed track, and seperates the vocals from the instrumental. Does anybody use it, and would be able to tell me what it’s like?
Cheers
Hello Jeremy :);
Seperating Vocals from Tracks has been ‘One’ of my Priorities over the past 2 Years; and having tried up to 20 Different Software Programmes (that Claim to be able to do this); the Only Software that I have Witnessed Successfuly Removing Vocals and Creating an Acapella; or Removing the Vocal and Creating an Instrumental; has been ‘Garageband’ that is tucked away inside of Logic (Apple); I don’t have this Software; but I have seen it done and been Totally Amazed 😎
